日中関連高等植物群の種分化と地理分布に関する細胞遺伝学的研究ーキク科を中心として

Research Abstract

1.陳心啓、張大明は8月22日〜9月19日に来日し、近藤、中田、青山らと広島近郊でラン科、ユリ科植物の現地調査と細胞学的研究を行ない、研究用材料を持ち帰った。また、東大、科博などの標本庫で研究を行なった。
2.近藤・星野は、9月17日〜10月6日に中国を訪問し、四川省理県の標高2000ー3000mの地点で現地調査を行ない、キク科Ajania属7種550個体およびカヤツリグサ科植物4属79個体を採取し、生品を日本に持ち帰った。現在、細胞学的研究を行なっており、Ajania属に2n=18と2n=36の倍数性があることがわかった。このうち3種についての核形態学的研究成果を論文として投稿した。
3.谷口は11月22日〜12月7日に中国を訪問し、陳瑞陽と共に上海市、江蘇省、淅江省他で黄花系キク属の現地調査を行ない、2種90個体を採取し持ち帰った。現在、染色体数の算定を行なっているが、これまでの結果ではこれらの地域に分布するシマカンギクは、日本と同様の4倍体(2n=36)であることが判った。
4.中田・青山は12月4日〜12月21日に中国を訪問し、張大明と共に広東省でキク属、ラン科、ユリ科植物の現地調査を行なった。採集したキク属100個体の染色体数を算定した結果、同地の黄花系キク属に2倍体と4倍体があることが判った。形態的に典型なシマカンギクは4倍体であった。また、ラン科植物12種を採集し、このうち4種の染色体数を算定し、研究論文として投稿した。
5.田中、和田は1月17日〜1月22日に北京を訪れ、標本研究及び中国側研究分担者との研究総括会議を行った。また、ラン科植物10種を研究材料としてCITES輸出許可を得て持ち帰った。
