Research Abstract	チュラロンコン大学との大学間の共同研究の成果は以下のとうりであった。 1.タイ及び日本国の家畜における癌遺伝子について検討した結果、両国の家畜において、cーmyc,cーrosー1,cーyesー1,Vーmyc,vーKiーras,vーHaーrasの各癌遺伝子がよく保存されており、両国の家畜の遺伝子の状態を明らかにすることができた。 2.ブロイラ-や養殖魚の細菌感染症の予防・治療目的で大量に使用されているキノロン系薬剤の残留についてHPLC法を用いて検討した結果、タイ国の食肉、養殖魚に薬剤の残留が認められることを明らかにした。 3.タイ国内のエビ養殖場のエビより各種の感染症の標本を収集し、病理組織標本を作製した。これらの結果、各種感染症の簡便な診断法を確立すると共に今後の予防対策につながることを可能にした。 4.魚類病原細菌Aeromonas hydrophilaよりAHHー1〜5の5個の溶血遺伝子を大腸菌ベクタ-にクロ-ン化した。これらの内、2個の遺伝子は既知のものとは異なる新しい溶血遺伝子であることを明らかにした。 5.硫酸化チロシン蛋白質が発癌と細胞増殖制御にどのように関与しているのかを明らかにする目的で研究を行い、チロシン硫酸化は、蛋白質の立体構造に強く影響を与え、それに伴い生理機能調節に関与している可能性を明らかにした。 6.アユ及びニジマスの貧食細胞の抗体及び補体によるオプソニン化による活性化について研究を行い、貧食細胞の貧食能及びルミノ-ル依存化学発光が増強されることを明らかにした。さらに、サイクロフォスファアミド処理によりアユ及びニジマスの貧食細胞の活性が抑制されることを明らかにした。
