Research Abstract |
平成元年度までの研究経過を以下に示す。 1.酸化換言酵素のモデルとして主に補酵素PQQやフラビンモデルを取り上げ、それらの機能解明およびそれらを用いた高効率的触媒反応を見いだした(大城、新海、村橋)。2.Glycerol Dehydrogenaseの反応系において基質の反応性と立体化学の間の興味深い関係を見いだした(大野)。3.亜鉛酵素モデルとしてイミダゾ-ル基を有する機能性界面活性剤を合成し、エステル加水分解に対して大きな触媒効果を見いだした(太垣)。4.新規「かご型」シクロファンを合成し、その興味深い分子取り込み能を見いだした(村上)。5.リン酸基の関与する酵素反応に対するモデルとしてリン酸基の多点分子認識捕捉について検討し興味深い結果を得た(青山)。6.細胞認識性リポソ-ムとしてガラクトサミン末端を有するプルラン誘導体で被覆したリポソ-ムを合成した(砂本)。7.酵素および酵素モデルの合成二分子膜による選択的取り込みに関する興味深い結果を得た(国武)。8.新規なポルフィリン配位子の合成に成功した(井上、生越)。9.ルテニウムポルフィリン錯体を用いた高効率酸素触媒転移反応を見いだした(広部)。10.大環状ポリアミンの2量体を合成し、その選択的捕捉能を見いだした(木村)。11.金属酵素モデルのペプチド錯体の合成および構造と反応性について興味深い結果を得た(中村)。12.モリブデンおよびタングステンに配位した窒素分子の反応性を明らかにした(干鯛)。オキシヘモシアニンやチロシナ-ゼモデルとしてのμ-パ-オキソニ核銅錯体の合成に成功した(諸岡)。
