Research Abstract	1.中分子の構造解析に役立ち小型高速コンピュ-タ上で動く結晶エネルギ-計算プログラム“CRYST"の設計及び基本サブル-チン群のプログラミング完了(大沢)。2.分子構造決定や動的過程の解析、予測に有用な分子動力学計算を、温度1000〜1300℃でインドラクタム類に適用し安定構造推定に有力な手法であることを確認(板井)。3.プログラム“SHELXS76"は最小二乗法精密化時、分子の部分的束縛条件の導入、分子全体としての占有率の精密化が可能で、乱れのある構造解析に有力である事を確認(岩崎)。4.パタ-ソン関数のベクトルサ-チ法“PATSEE"と直接法“SIR88"及び“SHELX86"、前述の“SHELXS76"を有機的に結合させたプログラムシステムの設計(大橋)。5.“PATSEE"を低分子、中分子及びタンパク質に適用し、このプログラムの有用性を検討中(竹中)。6.オリゴヌクレオチドの結晶構造解析に適用可能な分子置換法プログラム、“MERLOT"“CORELS"“NUCIN/PROLSQ"及び“XPLOR"の導入と改良(藤井)。7.溶液中での分子のコンホメ-ションをNMR-Distance Geometry法で決定し、その情報をX線結晶構造解析に取り込む方法をユリチアサイクラマイド等を用いて開発中(石田)。8.シンクロトロン放射光を用いた多波長異常分散法によるチトクロムC_<553>の構造決定(安岡)。9.低分解能のフ-リエ図の改良法の一つ、電子密度の平均化法をピ-ナッツ、ボ-マンバ-グ型インヒビタ-AIIに適用(芦田)。10.耐熱性エンテロトキシン誘導体の結晶化と構造解析(畑)。11.直接法“SAPI85"及び“SHELX76"を用いた、α-アミノイソ酪酸を含むオリゴペプチドの構造解析(奥山)。12.シクロデキストリン類の結晶化と構造解析(樋口)。13.アカパンカビ銅メタロチオネインの結晶化中(甲斐)。14.つゆ草色素コンメリニンの構造決定中(伊藤)。15.シクロデキストリン水和物の熱測定中(高木)。
