Research Abstract	平成元年度にはそれぞれのオルガネラごとに、以下のような研究実績を挙げた。(1)葉緑体について。紅藻スサビノリの葉緑体をグルタ-ルアルデヒドに浸し高周波処理を行ったところ、通常のグルタ-ルアルデヒド固定を凌ぐ良好な固定像を得ることができた。ユ-グレナのピレノイドの形成過程も詳細に解明できた。また、ピレノイドの基質部分がルビスコからなることを免疫電顕手法で明らかにした。緑藻のトレボキシアでは葉緑体が分裂する場合、葉緑体のくびれ部分を高電子密度の糸状体が取り巻き葉緑体をくびっていくことを観察した。(2)細胞核について。酵母のカンジタで核相変換の異常を起こす株を集落形態変異株として分離した。これらの変異株の中には温度依存性の倍数性を示すものもあった。(3)ミトコンドリアについて。ユ-グレナの白色株と緑色株の細胞環で常に網状のミトコンドリアの存在が確認された。また、蛍光色素DiOCとエチジウムブルミドによるミトコンドリアとミトコンドリア核の二重染色にも成功し、細胞環でのミトコンドリア核の数の増減に付いても結果を得た。(4)オルガネラ核について。花粉や花粉管の精細胞中のプラスチドやミトコンドリア中の核をDAPIで検出し、母性遺伝する植物ではこれさのオルガネラ核がもともと少なく花粉管伸張中に退化することを確認した。クラミドモナスの葉緑体核は老化にともない数が減少するが数を減少しない突然変異株を分離することに成功した。(5)鞭毛について。ヒトエグサの受精後5-30分での基粒体の行動に関してくわしい知見を得た。(6)フイラソ-ム、細胞壁について。酵母の細胞環でのフイラソ-ムの動態を連続切片の三次元構築で明らかにした。また、酵母のプロトプラストからの細胞壁形成時にグルカンの網目構造が形成されることを知り、その形成過程に付いてくわしい研究をした。
