Research Abstract	平成2年度で得られた成果の概要は以下の通りである。1.葉緑体。スサビノリではDAB反応とDSーNBT法を使用して、光化学系I,IIの活性がチラコイドで検出された。ミカズキモにアミロフォスメチルを処理した実験から、葉緑体分裂には微小管が関与していないことが示唆された。ユ-グレナやクラミドモナスではピレノイド構造に局在するRuBisCOが炭酸固定に関与している可能性が強く示唆された。2.細胞核。カンジタ酵母で温度感受性をもち核相を変換する株を分離し、倍数性と温度感受性との相関性を追求した。3.ミトコンドリア。セネデスムスの内生胞子が形成されるとき、細くくびれて切断されるミトコンドリアに常に高電子密度の物質が観察され、切断とのかかわりが示唆された。4.オルガネラ核。高等植物のミトコンドリア核観察のためテクノビット包埋ーDAPI法を開発し、これによりin vivoで組織細胞内に置けるミトコンドリア核の挙動を追跡しミトコンドリアの増殖機構を解明した。真正粘菌でミトコンドリア核が融合する株ではmtDNAの高頻度の組換えやミトコンドリア核融合はミトコンドリアのプラスミドによって支配されていることがわかった。クラミドモナスでは葉緑体核の分散状態は光合成活性と直接関連しないことがわかった。5.鞭毛。受精したヒトエグサでは4本の鞭毛基部(bbs)は互いに接近し十字形の配列が変わり4ー6時間後にはこのパタ-ンはくずれることがわかった。6.フイラゾ-ム。分裂酵母のプロトプラストからの細胞壁形成過程や、飢餓条件やサイトカラシンA処理下でのフイラゾ-ムや小胞の細胞内分布を調べた結果、細胞壁形成や分泌小胞形成その分布などにアクチンが重要な役割を果たしていることが示された。
