| Research Abstract |
平成3年度は、同じ内分泌細胞の腫瘍でありながら、悪性度や予後が異なるcarcinoid tumorとneuroendocrine carcinomaについて、様々な腫瘍マ-カ-や免疫担当細胞マ-カ-、および癌遺伝子に対する抗体を用いて両者の細胞学的および組織学的相違点の解明を試みた。両者共に内分泌細胞のマ-カ-であるchromogranine陽性の腫瘍細胞から構成されているが、細胞増殖速度のマ-カ-であるproliferating cellnuclear antigen(PCNA)と、間質の抗原提示細胞であるHLAーDRの発現頻度に著しい差があることを明らかにした。癌抑制遺伝子の一つであるpー53の発現はいずれにも認められなかった。
本年度は本研究のまとめの年なので過去3年間の研究を論文にまとめた。
