| Research Abstract |
ヒトin vitro系でのデオキシメチルスパガリンの免疫抑制効果について:本年度は、新たにCMLを誘導するためのMLR期間中のデオキシメチルスパガリンの免疫抑制機序の解析が進んだ。その結果、MLR初期、つまりDay2ーDay3でのリンフォカイン(IL2,IL6)産生は、ほとんど抑制されていないことが判明した。またサプレッサ-細胞を直接証明するために、デオキシメチルスパガリンで処理したMLRプラスト細胞を未処理のMLRプラスト細胞に添加してCMLに対する抑制効果を検討したが、この系ではサプレッサ-細胞が認められないことが判明した。
ラット異所性心移植の系においける免疫抑制効果について:デオキシメチルスパガリンによって生着したラットの脾細胞と血清を用いて、in vitroおよびin vivoでの免疫抑制機序の解析を行った。その結果、in vitroの系ではアロ抗原刺激を抑制する細胞および血清成分の存在することが証明された。特にキラ-細胞活性に対する抑制効果が顕著であることが示された。しかしadoptive transferの系を用いたin vivoでの抑制効果は認めなかった。
