Research Abstract	(1)水蒸気ガス化の生成ガスが反応系に与える影響を充填長を長くして調べ、シフト反応の平衡化はあまり進まず、触媒種に依存するガス組成が得られることが分かった。また、促進剤と炭素変成による触媒活性化要因を解明した。(西山)(2)石炭のガス化において、鉄触媒の失活を防ぎ高効率でガス化を行うため、ガス化と触媒の再生を交互に行うサイクリックフィードガス化法を提案し、鉄触媒担持豪州褐炭に適用し、本法が著しく効果的なことを明かにした。(渡部)(3)合成ガスから一回通過条件で効率よく高性能液体燃料を合成するため、直列2段反応器の1段目に改良した低温型メタノール合成触媒を充填し、2段目に金属含有多孔性シリケート触媒を用いて、高収率でガソリンを得た。(乾)(4)今年度はFーT合成反応の生成物を詳細に分析し、その結果超臨界相反応では一次生成物であるオレフィンが速やかに拡散し、二次的水素化反応を受けにくいことを見いだした。(藤元)(5)鉄超微粒子をスラリー法FーT合成の触媒として使用する際に、酸化前処理を行うと触媒粒子の成長が抑制され、高い活性を示すこと、マンガンで修飾すると優れた低級オレフィン合成能を示すこと等を見いだした。(菊地)(6)低pH領域で(NH_4)_6M0_7O_<24>・4H_20をシリカゲル表面に平衡吸着させ、還元すると炭化水素生成活性種を与える。無担持シュウ酸モリブデンを還元後ニッケル、KClを添加した触媒では、シリカ担持系を大きく上回るアルコール合成活性が得られた。(冨永)(7)ZSMー5型ゼオライトの結晶骨格中に亜鉛をAtomーPlanting法で導入した触媒は、ブタンの芳香族炭化水素への酸化に高い選択性を示すとともに、亜鉛の揮散が抑制され、高温でも安定であることを見いだした。(八嶋)(8)SAPOー11の触媒活性のSi含有量依存性を調べた。Si含有量の比較的小さい領域(2%)で最大活性を示した。MAPOー36はイソブタンの分解に高活性を示したが、nーブタンの分解活性は非常に小さかった。(小野)
