Research Abstract	本重点領域研究の最終年度にあたる本年度は計画研究のみを実施することにかんがみ、昭和63年度までの研究分担者に加え、新たに平岡、阿知波、岩田を加えて研究を遂行した。本年度は種々のレーザー分子分光法、超音速ジェットなどのビーム技術、熱力学的精密測定、及び理論計算を併用して下記の研究を分担者の緊密な連携の下で実施し、分子間錯体の構造、物性、反応についての総合的な理解を深めることができた。 (1)分子間錯体、錯体イオン、金属クラスター研究のための新しい種々の分子分光法を開発した。(伊藤(光)、木村、阿知波)。 (2)分子間錯体の光励起状態におけるエクサイプレックス、電荷移動状態の形成、及びこれらを経由する選択的反応をレーザー分子分光法を用いて研究し、エクサイプレックス、電荷移動状態の形成機構、反応について多くの新しい知見を得た(伊藤(道)、梶本、木村) (3)金属クラスター及び金属クラスターイオンの生成、構造、安定性、結合力、解離過程、反応性をレーザー分光、光電子分光、熱測定、リュードベリ原子衝突、理論計算により研究し、クラスターについての分子論的理解を深めることができた(茅、近藤、阿知波、岩田)。 (4)本重点領域研究の最終的総括を行なった。
