Research Abstract

総括班では、本領域研究の効果的運用には、班員相互の連携強化が重要であるとの考えから、前年度に引き続き、本年度は以下のような計画を立案実施し、班員間の活発な情報交換の機会を設けた。
a)ニュースレターの発行 タイトルを“「生殖系列」ニュースレター"とし、本年度は、7、10、12、2、3月は計5回発行した。内容は:研究連絡会学術講演論文、班員全員の研究成果報告、研究室紹介、本領域主催のシンポジウム講演要旨などを掲載し、班員間の連絡、情報交換の役立つものとした。b)研究連絡会の開催 研究交流を図ると共に、領域運営に関する討論を行う目的で、本年度は4回(前年度よりの計9回)の研究連絡会を開催した。研究内容を発表する学術講演では、計13名の班員が講演し、これらを中心に極めて活発な討論が行われた。尚、講演の内容は、上記ニュースレターに順次収録している。c)班長会議の開催 研究計画の遂行、研究経費の効率的な運用の為に適時開催された。例えば、ニュースレターの編集、シンポジウム・ワークショップ開催計画、研究経過の現状と今後の進め方、海外研究員の招へい計画(本年度は、米国農務省のレクスロード博士)などの議題がはかられ、各研究班員が最も効率よく成果を挙げることを主眼に本研究実施に対して極力柔軟な対応を行うべく努力した。d)シンポジウム・ワークショップの開催 本年度12月14日に、東京大学山上会館において、本領域主催の第1回シンポジウムを開催し、班員以外の研究者も多数参加し、本領域研究の現状と将来についての活発な議論が行われた。また、8月、9月には、研究技術交流を目的としたワークショップを、計2回開催し、好評を博した。
