Research Abstract	平成元年度においては、1.ソフトウェア開発、2.動物実験およびデ-タ解析を平行して進めた。 1.ソフトウェア開発:シグナル・プロセッサ-7T17(日本電気三栄、現有設備)を用いて、信号処理専用高級言語Signal BASICーversion5(日本電気三栄)により、呼吸性活動解析プログラムパッケ-ジ「RESPACK」(仮称)の第1版を作製した。本プログラムは以下の7サブモジュ-ルからなる:(1)呼吸性活動のディジタル信号化モジュ-ル、(2)呼吸性活動抽出モジュ-ル、(3)呼吸周期、吸息ならびに呼息持続時間およびその変動係数の自動計測モジュ-ル、(4)呼吸性活動の自己ならびに相互パワ-スペクトル密度関数推定モジュ-ル、(5)解析結果のディスプレイ表示、およびプリンタ、プロッタ出力モジュ-ル、(6)解析結果のフロッピィディスク入出力モジュ-ル、および、(7)解析結果の外部端末(パ-ソナル・コンピュ-タ等)出力モジュ-ル。 2.動物実験と解析デ-タ:麻酔下に非動化した人工呼吸下のウサギから、横隔神経、迷走ならびに舌下神経の遠心性発射活動を双極白金電極を用いて同時に導出し、デ-タレコ-ダを用いて、磁気テ-プに収録した。上述の標本に大腿静脈より、pentobarbital、morphine、neloxoneならびにdoxapramを適用し、その急性作用を経時的に観察し、磁気テ-プに記録した。上述の「RESPACK」を用いてデ-タを解析した結果、呼吸中枢の活動状態を的確に表現する指標が正確かつ簡便に得られることが示され、これらの薬物の作用について以下の新知見を得た:(1)呼吸リズムとその安定性の維持機構に対する薬物の作用態度ならびに機序が異なる可能性(上記(3)のモジュ-ルによる解析結果に基づく)ならびに、(2)呼吸リズムと運動神経の吸息性活動の形成および修飾に関与する呼吸中枢内神経回路群の薬物感受性が異なる可能性(上記(4)のモジュ-ルによる解析結果に基づく)。
