Research Abstract	(1)ヒト末梢血をヒト継代癌細胞やBRMで刺激すると新しいタイプの細胞傷害性T細胞(CD3^+,CD4^ー,CD8^ー,rδ^+)が誘導された。(2)Tー9(ラット膠肉腫)で免疫されたラットの腫瘍移植局所の細静脈は抗ラットリンパ節高円柱上皮抗体と強く反応した。(3)ILー2Rα鎖、β鎖遺伝子を単独又は両方を細胞導入し、ILー2結合親和性を調べた。β鎖遺伝子をリンパ系細胞に導入した場合にのみILー2結合性とILー2応答性がみられ、β鎖と会合する新しい分子γ鎖の存在が示された。(4)ヒトCD8^+T細胞はILー2に応答するのにCD4^+T細胞はMφの共存下でのみILー2と応答した。この違いはCD8^+T細胞が恒常的にILー2Rβ鎖を発現しているためとわかった。(5)ILー7遺伝子と緑膿菌体外毒素(PE40)遺伝子間で組み換え融合遺伝子を作成し、ILー7と細菌毒素のキメラにたん白質(ILー7ーPE40)を作製した。ILー7ーPE40はILー7R陽性の株化T細胞に傷害的に作用した。(6)C57BL/6のILー6トランスジェニックマウスをBALB/Cマウスと交配させたところ、ヌ-ドマウスに可移植性の形質細胞腫が発症した。これよりILー6が形質細胞腫の発症に重要な役割を有することがわかった。(7)CD5ーB細胞をILー2とILー4で刺激するとILー2Rβ鎖の、抗IgMで刺激するとα鎖の発現が高くなるのに、CD5^+B細胞はβ鎖を恒常的に発現しており、ILー2とILー4によりその発現は影響されなかった。(8)ガゼインで誘発されたウサギ急性炎症局所の細胞がILー1阻害物質を産生することを示し、その精製とcDNAクロ-ニングをした。(9)抗マウスILー5R抗体を用いILー5Rの精製とcDNAを単離した。得られたcDNAは低親和性ILー5Rをコ-ドするが、ILー3依存細胞に導入すると高親和性ILー5Rの発現を誘導できた。(10)少量のIFNで短時間に抗腫瘍性Mφを活性化しうる水溶性ゼラチン結合化IFNを作製した。(11)胸腺上皮細胞を株化し、それに特異的に反応する単クロ-ン抗体を作製した。
