Research Abstract	本研究の目的は、生体の外部環境および内部環境の外乱に対する適応反応を、体温、体液、循環、代謝等の反応をプロ-ブとして、細胞レベルから生体レベル、さらには行動レベルに於て解析し、環境適応反応のhierarchic structureの解明、環境適応反応における体温、体液、循環、代謝等の調節反応系の競合ならびに神経系、内分泌系、さらには免疫系の相互関連について検討することである。平成2年度は11月29日ー30日に以下に関するデ-タを持ち寄り研究会を行った。免疫サイトカインと脳による免疫系制御、免疫系各種サイトカインの視床下部、下垂体、副腎系活動に及ぼす影響、内外環境変化にともなう神経系の遺伝子発現、神経ペプチドと自律神経活動、ラット辺縁系ニュ-ロンの環境刺激応答性、リズム異常と環境適応、交感神経地域性反応と環境適応、種々の環境温度に対応する皮膚温の分布の再検討、熱産生器官、褐色脂肪組織のin vitro熱産生、温熱耐性と熱ショック蛋白の関連、脱水回復時の髄液Na濃度変化の動的解析。研究会では各班員、それぞれの専門の立場からの活発な討議が行われ、各種調節機構間の相互連関に関する理解と、今後さらに各班員の研究にfeedbackすベき問題点等を抽出することが出来た。これらの成果は次年度の研究に反映させると共に、平成3年3月の生理学会おいて行われるシンポジウム“環境生理学の諸問題"に於ても取り上げ報告する予定である。
