急性心筋虚血をおこす冠動脈攣縮の成因に関する病態生理学的・細胞生物学的研究

| Research Abstract |
1)冠攣縮の成因におけるEDRFの役割の生体内での解析
EDRF阻害薬(LNNA:L-nitro Nω arginine)を投与すると対照部位のセロトニンによる収縮は有意に増強(20→30%)されたが、攣縮部位の収縮は全く影響されなかった(80→85%)ので、セロトニンによる冠攣縮の成立にEDRFの産生異常は一義的ではないことが示唆された。
2)冠攣縮による冠動脈狭窄の進行と急性居心梗塞の発生
動脈硬化部位に高度の冠攣縮を繰り返し誘発すると動脈硬化巣内に出血がおこり、内腔狭窄が急性に進行することを観察した。冠攣縮によって冠閉塞、或いは亜閉塞が持続した動物では心筋梗塞が発生した。
3)EDRFを介して冠血管拡張をおこすサブスタンスPの反応を異型狭心症患者について検討した。冠攣縮部位の内皮細胞依存性弛緩反応は温存されていた。
