| Research Abstract |
平成2年度の研究は、平成3年度のフィ-ルド・リサ-チに向けての基礎固めに重点を置いた。主に理論的枠組みを確立するとともに、産業に関する歴史的資料の収拾を行った。ガヴァナンス、コ-ポラティズム、ネットワ-ク、トランスアクション・エコノミクス、インタ-アクション、ゲ-ム理論、コオペレ-ション、政府・企業や企業間関係に関する理論的文献と、半導体産業、半導体製造装置産業、バイオ産業に関する歴史的な文献の情報検索から始めた。その後、文献購入、国会図書館を始めとして東京都内の図書館での論文、年鑑、政府・財団・社団法人報告書の検索、コピ-等に多くの時間をさいた。また、個々の産業における政府・企業間や企業間関係の資料を収拾するために工業組合、通産省、政府研究所、各種社団・財団法人に足を運んだ。これらの文献や資料の精続を行うとともに、インタ-アクションの実状を知るためにプリテストとして2カ所のインタ-ビュ-をも行った。その結果、初期の論文"Analytical Framework of Sectoral Gorernance Structure"に書かれているインタ-アクションに関する分類だけでは実状の把握が不十分であり、日本のシステムそのものを説明する理論的展開が必要であることが判明した。日本における企業・政府や企業間関係をコオペラティブ・ガヴァナンスとして捕らえ、その概念を理論化させ、また、インタ-アクションの内容を把握するための詳細な枠組みを以前の分類をもとに発展された。その詳細な粋組みをもとにコオペラティブ・ガヴァナンスのバウンダリ-がどこまで広がりを見せ、また、どのような社会・経済的状況がそのバウンダリ-を作り出しているのか。そして、そのバウンダリ-の違いがどれだけウィリアムリン・シュミッタ-等が提案するガヴァナンスの規定要因により説明できるのかをフィ-ルドリサ-チで調べることにした。
