Research Abstract

1)系統分類学的研究:本年度行われた遼寧省、山東省、安徽省、浙江省、福建省での現地調査と、東北師範大学生物系、中国科学院動物研究所(北京)、広東省昆虫研究所、及び中国科学院昆明動物研究所での標本の調査によって、新たに新種48、中国新記録30種、中国国内の分布新記録80種を確認した。以下に各省毎の上記3新知見の種数を示す。
黒竜江省(0、0、1)、吉林省(7、10、0)、遼寧省(0、0、4)、内蒙古自治区(0、0、1)、北京(0、0、1)、河北省(0、1、3)、新〓ウイグル自治区(2、8、0)、山東省(0、0、8)、青海省(0、0、1)、安徽省(0、0、1)、四川省(8、4、12)、浙江省(2、0、11)、福建省(1、0、11)、広東省(10、4、2)、海南省(1、0、0)、雲南省(6、4、5)、チベット自治区(2、0、1)。
以上の調査結果を加え、中国大陸産ショウジョウバエの総種数は575種に達した。そのうち既知種335、投稿中新種17、投稿準備中新種20である。
本年度は台湾における予備的な野外調査と、台湾中央研究院動物研究所に保存されている台湾産ショウジョウバエの標本の調査を行った。その結果、新種8種、台湾新記録9種を得た。台湾からはこれまでに200種近いショウジョウバエが報告されているが、中国大陸産との近縁種が多く、今後の比較研究が強く望まれる。
2)進化遺伝学的研究:今年度、山東省と浙江省でアカショウジョウバエが初めて採集され、生きた標本を日本に持ち帰ったので、日本産との分子レベルでの比較研究を行う。
