Research Abstract

カリックスアレ-ンの自己組織化能を利用することにより,ゲスト分子の識別を分子集合体の変化で読み出す新しいセンシングシステムを開発した(新海)。デオキシコ-ル酸骨格を巧みに利用してC_3対称性を有する疎水空孔の開発に成功し,有機ゲストをピンセット的に取り込む試みを行なった(稲津)。金属を包接したカリックスアレ-ンの構造的特性をX線構造解析により明らかにし,そのカルボニル基の配向が錯化により著しく変化することを明らかにした(笠井)。ジフェニルメタン骨格を有するシクロファンを合成し,静電相互作用を利用した基質選択性を新しい方法論として例示した(古賀)。ヒドロキシホスト化学物を用いる結晶中の分子認識作用について研究し,画期的な光学分割能力を有することが明らかにされた(戸田)。カルボン酸側鎖を持つ18ークラウンー6誘導体を用いて人工液膜輸送を行ない,pH勾配を利用してNa^+とK^+の対向輸送が可能なことを初めて示した(中辻)。レゾルシノ-ル四量体を用いて糖類の識別を行う方法論を開発し,その認識の由来について一般化することに成功した(青山)。合成二分子膜を反応場とする系で高選択性の人工酵素系を組み立てることに成功し,その理論的評価を行なった(大久保)。ジペプチド固相系でCHーπ相互作用が存在することを立証し,その作用を利用して高度の分子識別が可能なことを示した(小倉)。コンホメ-ションが固定されたカリックスアレ-ン類縁体を合成し,そのゲスト認識能が著しく改良されることを明らかにした(西村)。アミノ化シクロデキストリンと無機アニオンの相互作用をNMRで検討し,硫酸イオンと特異的に錯体を形成することを明らかにした(松井)。
以上の研究の結果,多種多様の分子認識場が開発され,分子認識化学の新しい方法論を例示することができた。
