Research Abstract |
The control of dynamic behavior of new electromagnetic materials is of great importance for the development of highly functional electrical devices, micromachines, robots and magnetically levitated cars, on the basis of the microelectromagnetic dynamic theory and the robust control theory. The coupling phenomena of the electromagnetic field and the deformation of materials such as magnetic materials, piezoelectric materials, electric conducting materials, superconducting materials, ferrofluid and electrical rheology fluid were investigated and applied to the devices, sensors and actuators. The concept of intelligent materials was proposed by the fusion of sensors and actuators. Many examples of intelligent materials were developed.
