Research Abstract |
New Alloy Phases 1. Extremely wide range of super-satuated solid solutions. Ag-Cu, Fe-Cu, Al-Ti. 2. Amorphous alloys in different composion range from the rapid quenching technique, Al-Fe, Fe-B, Al-Ti 3. Nano-crusytal, nano-scaled multi-layred structures. Al-Fe, Cu-co. 4. New compounds. Fe_<16>N_2 New Properties 1. Composite soft and hard magnet. 2. Composite magnetid and non-magnetic material with GMR (giant magneto resistanve). 3. Nao-structured high performance thrmo-electric alloys. 4. Hig-strenght ultra fine grained intermetallic compounds. 5. Alloys with the activity of Cu as high as 10^3 (Ag-Cu) to 10^6 (Fe-Cu).
