Research Abstract

ram遺伝子産物の変異体作製とそれらの大腸菌・昆虫細胞系での発現に成功した。活性調節蛋白質の存在を示した(野沢)。 smg p21、smg p25AのC末端の構造と、活性を制御する細胞内情報伝達系の一部を明らかにした(高井)。 ボツリヌス菌の産生するC3酵素に類似した内在性ADPリボシル化酵素を部分精製した(堅田)。 血小板などを用い、ボツリヌスC3酵素によるrho蛋白質のADPリボシル化の意義を、細胞骨格系の形成変化の点から解析した(成宮)。 エ-ルリッヒ腹水癌細胞に存在する33kDaのG蛋白質の同定とミトコンドリアにおける局在性を検討した(関水)。 ラット精巣の内在性ADPリボシル化酵素の基質となる低分子量GTP結合蛋白質の精製と構造解析、及び加令によるラット精巣低分子量GTP結合蛋白質のADPリボシル化の変動を検討した(石橋)。 T細胞抗原受容体/CD抗原複合体と親和性を有する低分子量GTP結合蛋白質の構造と生化学的性状を明らかにした(豊島)。
ヒト及びマウスより単離したGST1Hs1,cDNAを発現ベクタ-に組み込み、Swiss3T3細胞に導入してGST1Hsの発現量を調節しGST1Hsの細胞増殖への関わりについて検討している(星野)。 特異抗体による各種低分子量GTP結合蛋白質の組織・細胞内分布を解析した(池原)。 分裂酵母ypt遺伝子ファミリ-に属する4種類の遺伝子の遺伝学的解析を進めた(山本)。哺乳類smg21と酵母の相同遺伝子RSR1の遺伝的、生化学的研究による機能の比較をした(松本)。大腸菌および酵母から精製したSar1蛋白質の構造・生化学的解析をした(中野)。
