| Research Abstract |
本年度は、微光天体の精密光学位置に関する以下の観測的研究を行った。結果の一部はすでに公表済みである。
1.本研究で製作した「ドリフトスキャン方式のCCDマイクロメータ」を用いて、V=15.7等の恒星状天体まで観測可能であることが実証された(国立天文台三鷹でゴーチェ子午環使用時)。
2.新しいフィルター法に基づく画像解析整約システムを構築し、1画面内の数100個の天体の位置を、内部誤差0.1〓以下、外部誤差を含めても0.2〓以下で自動的に決定することができることを実証した。
3.7月にCCDマイクロメータを用いた冥王星の精密位置観測を行い、ラ・パルマ子午環による観測位置およびNASAジェット推進研究所の最新の暦(DE211)との比較がなされた。我々の結果はラ・パルマのものと0.1〓以内で一致しており、暦位置に赤経方向で0.1〜0.2〓の系統誤差がある可能性を示唆した。
4.9月にポズナン(ポーランド)で開催された国際研究集会で上記の研究成果の発表を行った(文献【.encircled1.】)。
5.年度後半は、前年度からのディジタル・マッピングを継続するとともに、約20個(赤経0〜12時)のクェーサ及びその周りの微光星の観測を行っている(3月末まで)。周辺の微光星については、国立天文台三鷹の自動光電子午環(文献【.encircled2.】参照)との同時観測となっている。これらの観測結果を基に、恒星基準座標系(FK5)と電波基準座標系との結合についての研究を進めている。
6.上記の他、微光小惑星による恒星掩蔽現象の予報精度改良を行い、恒星基準座標系と力学基準座標系との結合に関する新しい研究方法の開拓を目的とした観測的研究を推進している。
7.これまでの観測データ及び解析結果の出版に向けて準備を進めている。
