Research Abstract	精製したPI-3kinaseとpp0^<v-src>との結合を調ベるため、src/3Y1、src/CEF、polyoma mT3Y1細胞の細胞可溶化分画より、抗src抗体による免疫沈降にて得たpp60^<sc>を用い共沈するPI-3kinase活性を調ベた。pp60^<v-src>(src/3Y1、src/CEF)との結合は、PI3KIではなくPI3-KIIを加えた時にのみ認められた。同様にpolyoma mT/3Y1より免疫沈降で得たmT/pp60^<c-src>複合体にもPI-3KIIが結合した。外来性に加えたPI-3KIIはpp60^<c-src>ではなくpp60^<v-src>によりチロシン残基がリン酸化され、しかもこのチロシンリン酸化は85kサブニットに認められた。またinvivoにおいてもpp60^<v-src>がPI-3kinaseと直接結合していることが判明した。
