Research Abstract |
THE FINAL GOAL OF THIS STUDY IS TO DEVELOP NEW METHODOLOGY OF OBTAINING THERMOSCAPE DATA FOR ESTABLISHING AMENITY LANDSCAPE PLANNING TECHNIQUES THROUGH GREENING SYSTEMS.VIDEO DATA OF INFRA RED CAMERA WERE CAPTURED FOR ANALYSING AND EVALUATING THE DEGREE OF THEIR INFLUENCES ON AMENITY PERCEPTION OF PEOPLE THROUGH THERMOSCAPES IN SEVERAL CASES.A SINGLE BUILDING LEVEL, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT LEVEL AND STREET CORNER LEVEL WERE CHOSEN FOR TEST SITES.THESE DATA WERE OPERATED AND REPRODUCED FOR THE SECONDARY DATA BY IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM.1ANDSCAPE ANALYSIS SUB-SYSTEM, GREEN ENVIRONMENTAL SUB-SYSTEM AND PERCEPTIONAL SUB-SYSTEM WERE CONSIDERED AND OPERATED FOR CREATING FINAL MAPPING DATA FOR AMENITY LANDSCAPE PLANNING OF SEVERAL DIFFERENT REGIONS.THE UTILIZATION PROBLEMS AND OPERATIVE QUESTIONS WERE INVESTIGATED FROM VARIOUS ASPECTS BEING RELATED WITH THIS MAIN THEME. BECAUSE 1993 WAS THE FINAL YEAR OF THE STUDY, THIS EVALUATION SYSTEM WERE EXAMINED IN THE CONTEXT OF MEASURING, ANALYSING, REPRODUCTION, AND APPLICATION OF ROW DATA THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTED SYSTEM.DATA WERE STORAGED BY VIDEO TAPES, SLIDES AND COLOR COPIES FOR THE TEST USE.SENDING TECNIQUE OF THESE DATA OVER THE WIRE IS A NEXT PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED IN FUTURE.
