First aim of this study was to investigate what ability, traist, attitudes were important for junior high-school students and undergraduate students. Results showed that they attached importance to personality /behavior first and ability second.

Results suggested that as evaluation standards were unstable, self-protect or self-enhancement was dominant, and as the standards were stable, self-assessment was dominant.
