| Research Abstract |
1.dipeptidesであるcornosine及びanserineは、嫌気的代謝に依存する速筋で高く、両peptides含有量の減少(carnosine;P〈0.01,anserine;P〈0.001)及びanserine/carnosine ratioの減少が、10週間及び16週間のendurance trainingにより認められた。
2.筋ジストロフィ-症のmodel動物であるmdx mouseのEDLにおけるcarnosine levelの減少、並びにanserine/carnosine ratioの増加の傾向が認められ、現在週齢の範囲を広げ、例数を増加させている。
3.endurance trainingによる両peptides構成amino酸の変動のPTC法による測定を行なった。(これまで、これらpeptides合成の報告はなかったが、cornosine,anserine,Bーalanine,1ーmethyl histidine共に合成可能であった。)両peptides leuel及びratioの有意な減少にも拘らず、速掛における各分解産物の有意な増加は、認められなかった。(遅筋については、現在準備中)
4.anserine/carnosine ratioは、加齢に併い増加し、carnosine産生の方がanserineより早期である事が認められた。
5.ヒトにては、anserineの存在は認められておらず、carnosineのみであり、ヒト血液中のcarnosine leuelは、骨格筋における其の1/100のorderであり、runnerにては、50、41±20、76n moles/ml blood、controlにては、22、51±7、33n moles/me bloodと前者は後者に対し、高値を示し(P〈0.05)、骨格筋との関係が着目された。以上より、骨格筋におけるenergg利用制御の立場及び、dipeptides level,ratio変動の機構の観点から、研究を続行中である。
