Research Abstract	本年度はオクラホマ大学の松本が8月に電気通信大学(大橋研究室)と北陸先端大学院大学(辻本研究室)を訪問し,セミナーを行うと共に質量分析によるフォスレスチンシークエンス決定法を議論した.9月には電気通信大学大橋研究室の大学院博士後期課程学生絹見朋也がオクラホマ大学の松本研究室に交換学生として留学した.11月には電気通信大学の大橋と平野がオクラホマ大学を訪問し,セミナーを行なうと共にラダー方式によるフォスレスチンシークエンス決定法を討議,あわせて大学院学生絹見の研究テーマと進展予定を討議した.1994年3月にはオクラホマ大学のジャクソンが電気通信大学及び北陸先端大学院大学を訪問し,セミナーを行なうと共に質量分析計の性能と適用法を調査した. 本年度オクラホマ大学松本研究室の業績は(1)ホスレスチンのin vivoでのりん酸化部位を決めたこと(1994,Neuron in press)及び(2)cGMPフォスフオジエステラーゼのin vivoでのりん酸化部位を決めたこと(1994,J.Biol.Chem.in press)がある.一方電気通信大学大橋研究室の業績は(3)レチナ-ル類似体を用いてレチノクロム光異性化のコンフォーメーション解析を行った(Photochem.Photobiol.1993).(4)発光蛋白質エクオリンの生物発光における発光種の構造について従来の学説の誤りを指摘し,正しい構造を示唆した(J.Chem.Soc.Chem.Commun.1994).(5)アポエクオリンのS-S結合位置を質量スペクトルに基づき決定したこと(FEBS Lett.,1993).(6)アポエクオリンとセレンテラジン類似体を用いた再生エクオリンの生物発光活性と構造相関を明らかにしたこと(Chem.Lett.,1993)及び(7)セレンテレートルシフェリンの化学発光過程に対し質量分析学的研究法を導入したこと(Tetrahedron,1993)等が挙げられる.
