| Research Abstract |
本研究課題に基づき、大阪大学、釜山大学校の研究者が相互に相手国を訪問し、1)船舶及び海洋構造物の設計時に課せられるIntact StabilityとDamage Stabilityに関する現在の国内規則並びに国際規則についての資料を調査した。現行の横波基準である船舶復原性基準と追波基準として検討中のドイツ提案のガイドラインについての調査。移動式海底資源掘削船構造設備規則(MODUコード)に関する研究資料の調査。2)風、波などの海気象条件の設定法についての文献調査とその検討3)船の操縦運動計算法の文献調査とその検討。過渡応答計算法に関する情報交換。追波中における船の安全性に関する情報交換。4)船や海洋構造物の波浪中運動計算法に関する問題点の検討。不規則波中での非線形横揺の計算法に関する情報交換。海洋構造物の波浪中運動の数値シミュレーションに関する情報交換。などを行なった。
また、次年度には韓国においてセミナーを開催することも合意した。
