| Research Abstract |
(1)自己補体反応に対する制御膜因子であるHRF20(CD59)の分子構造を解析した。(岡田)。
(2)HRF20のcDNAをハムスター細胞に導入すると、種特異的にヒト補体に抵抗性になることを立証した(岡田)。
(3)ラット腫瘍細胞に補体制御膜因子の活性をブロックするモノクローナル抗体(5I2)を作用させると腫瘍細胞の免疫原性が上昇することを示した(岡田)。
(4)腫瘍細胞の免疫原性を高める作用を持つワクシニアウイルスを感染させた腫瘍細胞は同種補体と反応するようになるが、これは補体制御膜因子である5I2抗原の発現が低下する為であることを示した(岡田)。
(5)マウスCrry/p65がヒト補体制御膜因子であるDAFとMCPに類似することを発現した(木下)。
(6)MBP(mannose binding protein)を介した補体活性化を司る新たなセリンプロテアーゼMASP(MBP associated serine protease)を発見して(藤田)。
(7)グリオーマなどの腫瘍細胞株にMBPが特異的に結合することを発見した(藤田)。
(8)ヒト細胞は癌化によってMCPの発現が高まることが多いことを示した(瀬谷)。
