Research Abstract	平成2年度から4年度の3年間にわたる本重点領域研究「溶液の非平衡」の成果取りまとめを行うと同時に本研究で生じた新たな問題点を整理した。総括班会議を中心に各班長が班員とも密接に連絡をとり研究成果を取りまとめた。研究成果報告書には重点領域研究で行われたいくつかのワークショップで議論された問題に付いても整理し報告書にまとめた。成果報告書は、「溶液の非平衡」に関する研究を将来へつなげるため関連分野の研究者に配付した。また、本重点領域研究研究参画者は学会誌等に成果を公表するとともに国内だけでなく国際学会にも参加し研究成果を広く公表した。本重点領域に関連した分野の研究交流を深めるため、国内外から多数の研究者を招き平成6年12月に山田科学振興財団の援助による山田コンファレンス「溶液の構造・ゆらぎ・緩和」(Structure,Fluctuation,Relaxation in Solutions)の開催を総括班員が中心に企画した。溶液化学の分野の底辺の活性化を高めるため大学院生を対象とする溶液化学の最近の進歩を踏まえた教科書を班長が中心となり作成することとし数回の拡大総括班会議を開催した。さらに、今回の重点領域で浮き彫りにされた中距離程度の相互作用を持つ協同運動の解明を中心に、1.溶媒和と局所構造の動的分子論の構築、2.局所フォノンモードの伝搬と散逸、3.局所構造の伝搬と組織化、4.大きな分子と溶媒モードの相関ダイナミクスを主題とし「局所分子場における溶液のダイナミクス」を計画し重点領域研究を申請した。
