Research Abstract	研究実績の概要最終年度の研究実績として、1.分担者全員が、前年度までの試料収集・分析、現地調査・実験、シミュレーション研究などを補足する研究を行い、その研究成果を取りまとめ、研究報告書を作成した。2.公開研究発表会を平成6年11月28日10時から5時まで農業土木会館で開催し、分担者全員が講演を行い、講演要旨集を作製・配付し、成果について広く各界の研究者と意見交換を行った。3.本研究が農業土木学分野で行った地球圏・生物圏国際協同研究(IGBP)の一環として位置づけられるので、英文の成果要約集を作製し広く海外に配布した。4.今年度に新たに挙げられた成果としては次のようなものがあった。(1).現状分析では、世界各地域別の土地資源・水資源状況を日本と比較し、風土・歴史・経済力・技術力などの自然条件・社会条件が農業形態に反映し、土地・水の利用実態を規定し、土地・水界の物質・エネルギ循環に特異性を発生せしめていることが分析された。(2).地域特性では、寒冷泥炭地域では配水システムや末端用水の有効利用方法、河川取水のための安定施設の設置が必要であるほかに、客土・排水・地下水管理など土壌・土層改良・管理や圃場整備が重要とされることが分析された。(3).到達段階では、耕地利用は南米・アフリカ・オセアニアだけが新規開発可能であり、水資源は前期段階が約10テラトン、後期段階が約20テラトンであると解析され、利水部門間・農業水利団体間・地域間・国家間の調整の有無が利用効率を左右していることが明確になった。(4).将来予測では、乾期が卓越した地域のタンクモデルによる流出予測が良い結果を示し、感潮河川の塩水遡上限界が計算された。(5).共通原則として、持続的土地利用モデルと環境保全型地域計画法の枠組みが提案され、農学的適応と工学的対応、地場技術と外来技術、洪水制御と氾濫利用などに平衡がとれた風土の工学の論理が整理・提唱された。
