Research Abstract

1.正常関節軟骨組織への成長因子投与実験:動物の正常関節内に成長因子を投与し、その影響を基質蛋白に対する遺伝子発現のレベルにて検討し、又、ラベルした成長因子を用いてその代謝についても検討した。論文準備中である。
2.関節症動物モデルでの成長因子投与実験(組織学的検討):軟骨細胞の増殖、器質蛋白の産生に影響を与えうる、種々の成長因子を関節症を起こした関節に投与し、その影響を組織学的に検討した。
3.ヒト変形性股関節症での血清中軟骨病態マーカーと臨床症状、レ線所見との比較検討:いくつかの軟骨病態マーカーの血清中濃度を変形性股関節症に罹患している患者にて測定中である。平行して論文も準備中である。
4.ヒト軟骨細胞培養法の確立:ヒト関節軟骨細胞の培養法を確立し、成長因子の影響を検討中である。
