| Research Abstract |
本年度はこれまでのADCを用いた高温高圧発生セルを改良し、X線回折用のセルの試作をおこなった。このセルに、本研究で開発したハイブリッドアンビルシステムを用いて、高温高圧X線回折その場観察システムを構築した。このシステムを高エネルギー物理学研究所放射光実験施設に持ちこみ、DIA型プレス(MAX90)を用いたMA6-8型装置としてX線その場観察をおこなった。白色光にSSDを用いたエネルギー分散法によりX線回折実験をおこない、試料に混ぜたAu粉末の格子定数変化から発生圧力を見積った。この結果TEL=1.5mmを用いたシステムでプレス荷重300トンで約26-276Paの圧力発生が確認された。試料としては天然の蛇紋石を用い、そのアモルファス化と高温高圧安定相についての検討をおこなった。上記の圧力のもと、温度上昇の過程でアモルファス化の観察および結晶化の過程の観察に成功し、最終的には1200℃で均一時間の加熱に成功した。実験後のアンビルには損傷もみられず本システムのこのような高温高圧X線その場観察実験における有用性が明らかになった。
