| Research Abstract |
1.急性心筋梗塞発症後の側副血行循環発達の新しい評価法の開発
本研究により,冠側副血行循環の発達程度の定量的指標として受容冠動脈径計測が有用であることが判明した。梗塞発症時にすでに存在した側副血行循環は,梗塞発症後更に発達するものと考えられた。梗塞責任冠動脈によって潅流される領域の左室局所壁運動も側副血行循環発達に伴って改善した。
2.労作性狭心症患者に対するヘパリン運動療法の長期有用性
ヘパリン運動療法が狭心症患者の側副血行路を介しての血流予備量を改善させることが運動負荷タリウム心筋シンチグラフィーにより証明された。
3.労作性狭心症患者での虚血責任冠動脈の血流程度と側副血行循環発達程度の関係
すべての狭心症患者において,冠動脈狭窄が進行すると冠側副血行血管が発達する。側副血行血管の機能は,冠動脈間圧較差により規定される。
4.急性心筋梗塞患者の冠動脈内血栓溶解療法後の左室機能回復の規定因子としての虚血プレコンディショニングと側副血行循環の重要性
梗塞前狭心症による虚血プレコンディショニングは再潅流療法後の左室機能回復に有用である。側副血行循環の存在はこの効果を増強させる。
