Research Abstract |
1.Prenatal diagnosis of fetal stuctural heart anomaly and fetal arrhythmia Fetal echocardiography was performed for 1080 cases. Thirty-four cases of structural heart anomaly and 44 cases of fetal arrhythmia was diagnosed and managed perinatal period. 2.Fetal arrhythmia and fetal therapy. (1)In fetal bradycardia group, fetal therapy was performed in 3 cases but all failed. (2)In fetal tachycardia group, digoxin or verapamil was administered transplacentally in 5 cases, and 4 was successfully treated. 3.Structural heart anomaly ; prenatal diagnosis and perinatal management. (1)In the tricuspid valve dysplasia case, we could proved prenatal development of pulmonary valve stenosis and functional pulmonary valve obstruction. (2)Digoxin was administered transplacentally for fetal hydrops caused by CHD, and successfully teated. 4.Transplacental pharmacokinetics of digoxin and flecainide in pregnant rabbits and fetuses. (1)Although the placental transfer of digoxin occurred immediately, equilibrium between maternal and fetal serum consentration. (2)Flecainide was transferred the placenta rapidly and equilibrium between maternal and fetal serum concentration occurred very fast.
