Research Abstract	α-ブロッカーの一ケ月投与によりラット精巣上体尾部での精子の質、精巣上体管内圧および精巣上体管内液の移動速度にどのような変化があるかを調べた。そこで1)精子濃度は著明に上昇、2)精子の運動性には変化は認められなかった、3)精巣上体管内圧は著明に減少し精巣上体管内液の移動速度は上昇、4)精細管及び精巣上体管の直径は著明に増加した、という結果を得た。精子濃度の上昇は、精巣上体管が拡張した結果、精巣上体管内での貯留スペースの増加と内液の移動速度の上昇による内圧の低下がおこったためと考えられる。以上の実験結果よりα-ブロッカーは、ラットの精巣及び精巣上体での精子の産生、移動と貯留に対し効果のあることが示唆され、α-ブロッカーの男子不妊症治療への臨床応用が可能であることが示された。
