Research Abstract

I .既に作成したp53欠損マウスあるいはこのマウスに由来する細胞を用い、ゲノムの不安定化と細胞の無限寿命化を中心に、p53欠損による癌化について解析した。
II.既に作成したCsk欠損マウスあるいはこれ由来の細胞を用い、Srcファミリーキナーゼの介するシグナル伝達系の下流因子の同定-を中心に、Srcファミリーキナーゼ活性化と癌化について検討した。
III.mos変異マウスを作成し、mosの体細胞分裂、減数分裂に於ける役割を中心に、mos変異による癌化を解析した。
