| Research Abstract |
有機金属錯体の示す分子認識別機能の原理解明と、特異な機能を有する新規有機金属化合物の創生を目指して研究を行った。主な成果は以下のとおりである。
特異な立置および立体選択性を有するチロシン水酸化酵素およびドーパミンβ-水酸化酵素の機能を再現するモデル錯体を合成し、反応機構の解明に成功した。またCOの接触水素還元の中間体と見なせるC_2配位子を含む金属クラスターを多数合成し、その反応性を検討することにより、反応の選択性の要因の解明を試みた。(諸岡) 光学活性を有機リチウム錯体を用いてメタクリル酸誘導体の重合を行い、一方向巻のらせん構造をもつ光学活性分子を不斉合成することに成功した。さらにこの高分子が高い不斉識別能を有することを見い出した。(岡本) 一連のビスオキサゾリンを配位子をする1位置換π-アリルパラジウム錯体を合成し、その配位構造の選択性を決定した。また不斉ホスフィン-ルテニウムカチオン錯体に対するオレフィンの配位の選択性とその要因を検討した。(黒沢) ロジウム(III)ポリフィリン錯体とヌクレオチドの相互作用の定量的測定を行い、平衡定数を測定し、錯体の構造と錯体のヌクレオチドの識別との関係を明らかにした。(黒田) リピドポルフィリンが自発的に組織形成して得られる集合形態と錯体部電子過程の相関、分子雰囲気に影響を受ける酸素配位平衡、配位酸素の電荷分極構造等を明らかにした。(土田) 金属ジチオレン錯体を対象に、溶媒による中心金属の分子識別機能が大きく変化することを見い出し、その要因を検討した。(四ツ柳)
