| Research Abstract |
本研究では、新しい原理、システムまたは評価方法などによる先導的な物質循環・環境保全技術の芽を創生することを目的としている。平成7年度の主な成果は、以下の通りである。
1)水田からのメタンの発生・放出等の機構を詳細に解析し、新しい活性炭膜を開発し、これによって水田からの低濃度メタンを濃縮・回収するシステム設計を行った。
2)重金属汚染土壌から採取した藻類によって水中のビスマスの除去・回収とアンチモンの酸化無毒化のシステムを設計した。
3)コンポスト中から発見した芝草葉腐れ病抑制菌を高濃度に含むコンポストを製造するシステムを構築した。
4)様々な汚染物質を含む水を氷結させて汚染物質を水中に濃縮するとともに、揮発性物質を揮散させて除去する方法の可能性を明らかにした。
5)各種産業排水、生活排水の塩素消毒による変異原性物質の生成特性を調べ、生成抑制と分解・除去の可能性を明らかにした。
6)各種の毒性化学物質に対する酵母の解糖系代謝振動の変化をコンピュータシミュレーションによって解析するとともに、試薬化を検討し、新しい毒性検出システムを開発した。
