| Research Abstract |
本研究では、環境中の様々な微量毒性物質について、長期的、継世代的に生物系全体に悪影響を与える微量毒性物質の低減手法を創生することを目標とし、以下のような研究を行った。
(1)実験動物を使用しない新しい毒性試験方法を開発し、多成分の環境化学物質の人に対するリスクレベルを求める方法を開発し、評価を行った。
(2)各種の排水や排ガスからの未知遺伝毒性物質の発生状態を把握し、管理手法を開発した。
(3)廃棄物中の毒性物質を分類し、安全性の試験方法と管理手法を開発した。
(4)海洋哺乳類や鳥類などの野生生物に対する遺伝毒性有機物質の蓄積量とその影響を解析した。
(5)工業薬品や農薬などの毒性をもつ化学品の自主管理の手法を開発するとともに、国際的・国内的な管理制度を比較、評価した。
