Research Abstract |
This collective study, by a nationally organised research group(of 36 professors)subsidized by 2 years grants (1993-1994) of the Ministry of National Education, has obtained very important results aiming at "The constitutional and interdisciplinaly researches for concrete measures to contributeto the world peace." On the whole, 25 days (and nights) in Sapporo, Fukuoka, Tokyo, Kyoto and Hakone, were spent, and 65 important topics and themes have been systematically and profoundly reported and discussed by all members of the group with some distinguished guests : concerning, Introduction, I.General principles, II.United Nations, III.Disarmament, IV.Right to life in peace. The results of nation-wide enquetes (3125 samples) , investigated principally to University students between June-July 1994, suggest a near future's possibility of realization of "concrete measures to contribute to the world pease" by younger generations in the next century. Thanks to the grants, these studies have brought already many successful scientific and positive results, synthesis of three generations, of old, middle and younger, without any precident in Japan. Based on these fruitful researches, this group will continue and develop the efforts in order to publish a great book (eventually 1.2.3.volumes) on a strategy, guiding principles and concrete measures, following the Japanese peace Constitution for "a new Civilization" of "warless world", in May 3,1997,50 years constitutional anniversary. It is the final mission, historical, scientific and practical of all studies of this group in the end of 20th century, in our nuclear and planetary age.
