Research Abstract 
The main perpose of this progrum was the aid of exchanges between researchers interested in differential equations. Planning and excuting many research seminars and symposiums were done for this perpose. Espencially, once each year, a big symposium titled "COOPERATIVE RESEARCH OF DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS" was held for researchers of any section of differential equations. Lecturers were elected from contributors to recent developments and were requested to give introductive talks on their new results and problems having to be solved near future. A half of lectures were requested to young researchers having completed attractive new researchs. Each time, participants over 200 persons had spoken higyly of this progrum as meeting their expectation. 17 seminars and symposiums for each regional block, restricted theme and only young researchers (from planning to excuting) were also held under advices by the investigators. In these two yaers, many research cooperators sent new development of their researchs to the head investigators. There is no space to explain them. To show parts of research results, some main results from the above big symposium were selected as follows ; Results related to mathematical phisics by Y.Isozaki, S.Zinbo and S.Tajima, classical Fuchsian theory by K.Mimachi, application of Harnac's inquality by K.Horihata, new development of transform theory for ordinary differential equations by K.Okamoto, partial differential equations related to supper conduction by J.Lishang, global probrem of system of LotocaVoltera equations by Y.Takeuchi, and also equations related biology, bifercation theory in mecanical system, global solutions of nonlear hyperbolic equations, asymptotic behavior of Voltmann equation, spectrum theory of Schrodinger equation, variational propbrem of elastic body, theory of Fourier integral operators, properties of many types of functional equations, etc.
