Research Abstract

磯貝はアブラナ科植物のSRK(S-レセプタープロテインキナーゼ)について,2種のSRKcDNAを単離,その塩基配列を決定するとともに,そのキナーゼ領域を大腸菌で発現させ,自己燐酸化能があることを証明した。渡辺はアブラナ科植物のSLG,SRKについて,ゲノム遺伝子を単離し,それらをプロモーター領域を含め明らかにした。また,ゲノム中の類似遺伝子の存在とその一部のS遺伝子座への連鎖を証明した。日向はアブラナ科植物の自家不和合性遺伝子群の解析を行い,その遺伝的変異の特徴を明らかにした。鳥山は,アブラナ科植物の形質転換を行い,SLGを形質転換した場合,co-supressionにより,自家不和合性が打破されることがあることを示した。崎山は,ニホンナシ,タバコの自家不和合性を支配するS-RNaseを単離し,そのアミノ酸配列を決定し,保存領域を明らかにした。神山は,サツマイモを用い,アブラナ科植物に見られるSRKと相同な遺伝子を単離し,塩基配列を決定した。しかし,同時にこれらの遺伝子はS遺伝子とは連鎖していないことを明らかにした。手塚は,ユリを用い,自己花粉の伸長の停止にcAMPの系が関与していることを明らかにし,さらに,活性酸素ととも関係していることを示唆した。河合・平塚は,ニホンナシを用いて,S遺伝子の解析を行い,新たな複対立遺伝子を明らかにした。西尾は,アブラナの自家不和合性突然変異体の解析のために,RFLPを用いた遺伝子解析法を考案し,確立した。佐藤は,アブラナ科植物の形質転換系を確立することを目指し,種々の品種の形質転換効率を調べ,効率の高い品種の存在を示唆した。中西は,S-RNaseの活性をin-vitroで検討する系の確立を目指し,花粉管の伸長におよぼすRNaseの効果を調べた。
