Research Abstract	細胞性粘菌の発生系を対象として前年度に引き続き研究を行い、以下の成果を得た。形態形成の制御機構細胞接着にかかわる2種類の糖タンパク質(gp64とcsA)について、特徴あるアミノ酸配列(sushi領域)や糖鎖結合部位を明らかにし、接着における機能との関連を考察した(落合・吉田元信)。有性的細胞融合の分子機構を明らかにするため、細胞融合能を獲得した細胞のみで発現する遺伝子を単離した(柳澤)。粘菌細胞に葉酸による走化性刺激を局所的に与えると、ミオシンの構築が速やかに変化することを見い出した(祐村恵彦)。細胞分化の制御機構粘菌で発現する遺伝子にβ-galを連結させたDNAによる形質転換株を用い、飢餓処理時における細胞周期上の位置と集合体形成の順序ならびに細胞分化が密接に関連することを明らかにした(竹内・前田)。細胞周期内の増殖/分化の分岐点前後で特異的に発現する3種の遺伝子を発見した。またその時点でリン酸化レベルが著しく変動する4種のタンパク質も見い出し、増殖/分化の制御におけるリン酸化レベルの重要性を示した(前田)。ある種の予定柄特異的遺伝子は細胞から分泌される物質および8-Br-cAMPによって発現が誘導されることを見い出し、これら物質の遺伝子上における作用点を決定した(岡本)。予定胞子分化誘導因子の精製を進め、95Kdの糖タンパク質が2量体を形成していることを明らかにし、またこの因子は細胞分裂誘導能をももつことを見い出した(大畠明子)。多くの粘菌種に形質転換が行えるように、Bsr-REMI法の改良を試みた(田仲)。種々の条件下で細胞内イノシトール3リン酸とcGMPの定量を行い、従来の考えとは異なり両者は独立に変動することを明らかにした(小山正和)。
