Research Abstract

1.環境電磁工学(EMC)は、電磁エネルギーに起因する各方面での未解決の現象を取り扱う学問分野であり、生体に与える影響や、磁界の効果、静電気による電子装置の故障、超過密の電子機器における不要な電磁エネルギーの漏洩と不要な相互結合、雑音電波による通信障害など、多くの課題を含んでいる。約20年前よりEMCの社会的重大性が指摘され、解決のためのEMC技術の発展が嘱望されてきた。 2.本研究では、平成6年5月にわが国において開催される1994年環境電磁工学(EMC)国際シンポジウムの学術的側面での準備を行うことを主たる目的とした。すなわちEMC関連技術と研究課題について企画調査を行い、最近の研究で得られた知見を整理し、今後の研究課題を明確にした。これまでのEMC技術を整理統合するとともに、評価技術を確立し、今後のEMC研究の方向付けを行うために総合的な知見と広い視野が必要であり、本研究組織には国内の主要なEMC関連研究者26名が広範囲の学術分野から参画した。 3.上記の目的で研究分担者が一堂に会して、調査結果について報告、意見交換を行う全体会議を平成6年2月と3月の2回開催した。また、各研究分担者との連絡と研究調査の調整を行う幹事会を平成5年6月から平成6年2月までに9回開催した。 4.本研究によるEMC関連技術の整理統合化と新しい課題の提案は、生体効果、イミュニティ、プリント配線板、スキャッタリングなどを中心に、網羅的に行われた。体系化された知見は、1994年EMC国際シンポジウムにおいて、ワークショップ等の形式で各研究分担者が発表する。また、収集した研究課題の一覧を編集・印刷し、研究分担者および国際シンポジウムの関係者等へ配付した。
