Research Abstract |
1, We analyzed the questionnaires of 2 national college attached high schools, 9 public high schools and 1 private high school. The results of that analysis are (1) The criteria of residents are accessibility to advanced schools and students' clothes and behaviors. (2) The students of general course and the excellent schools that have tradition as pre-war secondary ones don't have confidence in their achivement and are more worried than ones of professional course. (3) There is high mutual relation between the students' motives of school choice and thir appraisal to the school after entering. The important point is wheter the students enter the school after real understanding the schools characters. 2, We made a case study of 1 private school about teacher appraisal. At the school the teacher appraisal by scores and highly differential wage system were directly combined. 3, In the study of foreign systems we studied the related literatures, for example, about the difference between Self-appraisal and Self-evaluation.
