| Research Abstract |
(1)我々が長年検討している胎盤アミノペプチダーゼN(AP-N)がCD13と同一物質であることが見い出され、免疫学の分野からもAP-Nは近年注目されている。しかしながら本酵素の生理的基質は未だ不明確である。我々の研究によって、AP-Nは免疫調節ペプチドSplenopentin,Thymopentin,Thymic humoralu factor γ2,Tuftsin,Rigin,を分解・不活化することが明らかになった。さらにAP-Nは、Met-enkephalin,Somatostatin,Neurokinin A,Lysyl-bradykinin,Angiotenshin IIIなども分解・不活化する。従ってヒト胎盤AP-Nは、胎児・胎盤系における血管作動ペプチド、神経ペプチド、さらには免疫調節ペプチドを代謝・分解・不活化することにより、妊娠の生理・病態へ関与することが示唆された。
(2)ブラジキニン分解・不活化酵素の一つである胎盤アミノペプチダーゼPの酵素学的諸性質を明らかにし、また妊婦血中のアミノペプチダーゼPの動態を明らかにした。
(3)オキシトシン、バゾプレシン、を分解・不活化するP-LAPのクローニングを現在行なっている。
