| Research Abstract |
種々のプロキラルな化合物の光環化反応を,分子認識能に優れたホスト化合物との包接結晶場で行った結果,不斉合成を能率良く行うことができた。
2-〔N-(2-プロペニル)アミノ〕シクロ-2-ヘキセノン誘導体(1)と酒石酸から誘導した光学活性ホスト化合物(3)との1:2包接結晶を粉末にして水に分散して光照射すると,光学活性な光環化生成物,9-アザトリシクロ〔5,2,1,0^<1.6>〕デカ-2-ノン誘導体(2)を高収率で与えた。2は旋光度測定中にも,水が付加してハイドレートを生成し、変旋光を起こすので,その光学純度を決定できなかった。そこで,エチレングリコールとのアセタールを合成して光学純度を決定したところ,光学的に純粋であることが判明した。
即ち,上記の包接結晶の分子認識場は極めて優れていることが判明した。
