| Research Abstract |
1)WHHL家兎の脂質分析
生後2ヵ月目に採血し、血清コレステロール値が400mg/dl以上の家兎をWHHLホモ接合体、400mg未満をヘテロ接合体と判定した。3ヵ月齢で再度採血し、血清コレステロール値を調べたところ、ホモ接合体700〜1050mg/dlの間に分布し、ヘテロ接合体はいずれも300mg/dl以下であり、最頻値100mg/dlであった。3ヵ月齢のトリグリセライドはホモ接合体は200〜1000mg/dlの幅広い範囲に分布し、ヘテロ接合体は200mg/dl以下で最頻値は100mg/dlであった。トリグリセライド値はコレステロールと異なる遺伝形式と考えられた。
2)心筋梗塞発症と関連した遺伝性高脂血症家兎の開発
WHHL家兎の脂質分析からトリグリセライド値が200〜1000mg/dlの間に幅広く分布することが明らかになったので、超高トリグリセライド値を恒常的に発現する群と200mg/dl前後の比較低値を発現する群を選抜育種中である心筋梗塞の発症にトリグリセライド値がどの程度影響を及ぼすかについて8〜10ヵ月齢を対象に検索予定である。トリグリセライドと心筋梗塞の発症との関連から新しい系統の選抜指針をさらに特定する。
