| Research Abstract |
本年度の研究実績としては、まず1993年5月に米国フロリダ州で実施された国際貿易と財務学会の第3回国際会議で発表した論文“An Analysis of Mergers Between Credit Associations and Credit Cooperatives in Japan"を改訂、校正した。この論文は Peragamon 社よりラトガ-ス大学のH.P.Grey教授の編集による研究書“International Finance in the New World Order"に日本人としては唯1人収録され出版された。次に、ラトガ-ス大学のC.F.Lee教授の編集によるJAI Pressからの研究図書シリーズ、Advances in Pacific Basin Business, Economic and Finance,Vol.1に“The Performance of Mergers Between Mutual Banks and Credit Cooperatives in Japan"の改訂、校正が終了し収録、出版される。第3に、国際経営分野の一流学術誌 Management International Review に査読されて受け入れられた“The Performance of Merger of Japanese Agricultural Cooperatives"もまえがき、結論を中心として経営学的研究における農協合併の実証研究という視点より、大幅な改訂がすみ校正を待っている段階である。これにより同誌の特別号編集長であるニュールンベルグ大学のBrij Kumar教授の改訂提案にもとずく同誌の特徴に沿った論文となった。
